Workshop Participant Testimonials
Talent and Succession Management System
Thanks so much for the understanding of the importance of the Employee Development Board and all its ramifications. I was unaware of it and how it works.
The clarity and effectiveness of the HR Role as a strategic partner with the senior management team really came through in this workshop-I will now be much more effective in my role.
I came out of this workshop with a practical action plan to implement this in my organization thanks to the clarity and simplicity of this approach.
The cutting through the jargon in this area of HR was great. I now understand the way to simplify this when I explain and sell it to others.
I did not expect to come away with such a good understanding of Leadership Development and how it fits with a Talent and Succession Management System. It will make our development and our IDPs much more relevant and purposeful (Individual Development Plans)
The Red-Yellow-Green concept for succession candidates was quite useful as was the simple form to implement this process—easier than I thought it would be.
The importance of a Talent and Succession Management System and the way it can leverage all other HR initiatives is wonderful. It clarifies for me how to navigate all the separate initiatives I have seen implemented in the past.
This workshop helps me understand what all the conversation is about being a Strategic HR Partner. It puts it in clear and specific ways and applications of Systems Thinking.
