  7. Shadow a Master Haines Centre for Strategic Management® Coach on a project
Optional (at added cost): Master Consultant's onsite support for their in-house work		 It includes:
  1. Prework reading-Centre Books and articles
  2. Participate in learning/reviewing all 10 Steps & Concepts of the Strategic Management System
  3. Present two-three steps of the Yearly Strategic Management Cycle—demonstrate Mastery
  4. Coach a peer on their two presentations
  5. Actively participate in 2½ day Group Facilitation Sessions and Practices with a focus on:
    - Group Facilitation
    - Successful Internal Consultation
  6. Be evaluated on/grow both your knowledge of Strategic Management and Facilitation Competencies

  Step #4:

Internship (flexible/tailored–many options):

Work as an Intern with one of the Centre's Global Partners as a Master Mentor on an actual consulting/training Strategic Management Intervention. Write up your learnings and have them approved by your Haines Centre for Strategic Management® Master Mentor

Result: Strategic Management Gold Mastery Certification

Ongoing after Strategic Management Gold Mastery Certification:
  1. Eligible to attend two-day yearly Haines Centre for Strategic Management® User/Refresher/Update Conferences in San Diego
  2. Eligible for 20% discount on all Systems Thinking Press materials
  3. Eligible for Refresher Training at all Centre Public Workshops at a 50% discount rate
