Steps to Join the
Haines Centre for Strategic Management

in our Loose-Tight Network

NOTE:  These steps take time and there is no rush to get members in and associates of the Centre. We want the right members and associates who are willing to be in the Centre for the long haul.

1. Conduct exploratory issues and relevent career goals on the part of both parties.

2. Read up and learn more about each other:
   – Explore all the Haines Centre for Strategic Management websites.
   – View the Centre's Virtual Corporation, Vision, and Values and Strategic Plan. Click Here to view our Strategic Plan
   – Submit the Candidates' background, qualifications, future vision, and personal values.

3. Hold face to face meetings with Haines Centre Partners and the Candidate; explore all issues, purposes, and values in depth.

4. If there is a serious intent on both parties, then the Candidate must attend one of our world-wide Public Seminar Courses on Reinventing Strategic Planning.
   
   NOTE: Keep in mind that all Centre Certified Business Associates must attend the workshop above and then our Strategic Management Gold Mastery Certification Academy. Click here for details.
   
   NOTE: Another option is to have a Centre Partner conduct an in-house course and certifiaction in your organization or country in order to have a number of your personnel Certified all at once.

5. Afterwards, the Candidate may submit an Application for Membership in or Associate of the Centre.

6. All Candidates usually meet and are interviewed by a number of Partners either individually, over the phone, or collectively.

7. Finally, the Centre Partners hold a confidential meeting and must vote unanimously for the Candidate to join.
