Rusty Robinson
is a versatile and results-driven leader with over 20 years experience in project management, systems alignment, process improvement, customer satisfaction, and all aspects of training development and deployment. He is an independent consultant helping organizations analyze existing operations and implement techniques, strategies, and processes to improve organizational performance. He possesses strong leadership, management, instructional, and computer application skills. Rusty served 21 years in the U.S. Navy where he operated, maintained, and supervised multiple missile weapon systems. His last seven years were dedicated to the Navyís TQM program as a certified strategic planner, trainer, and coach to hundreds of individuals and organizations. Rusty is a certified examiner for the California Award for Performance Excellence (CAPE), modeled after the Baldrige National Quality Award. He is also a Certified Quality Manager (CQM) through American Society for Quality (ASQ).
