The Requisite Organization International Institute

Established in 1999 to provide support and services to those engaged in implementation and further development of the work on human and organizational development begun by Elliott Jaques as Stratified Systems Theory over fifty years ago. The Institute provides working conferences for shared experience of practitioners, training seminars/courses and distribution of working papers, training materials, working instruments and books. The Institute also plans to provide assistance in seeking funds for research and development as well as study scholarships for students.
