International Organization Development Association (IODA)

IODA is a Worldwide Decentralized Association of Professionals dedicated to supporting and strengthening the work and vision of Organizational Development practitioners through shared learning, networking, and common experience exchange. IODA was established in 1986 when a small committed group of practitioners and academicians felt the need for a different type of networking association, truly international, and enabling its members to explore new ideas, conceptual frameworks, and techniques.
