Engage! InterAct

Engage! InterAct is a training organisation that encourages people to look to the benefits of difference and diversity, and to help them work together to promote and celebrate the values of respect, co-operation, and creativity. Experts in Living Systems, all our work is inspired by these principles and framed around experiential learning. We are also qualified in Spiral Dynamics, and work with the principles of integral thinking. Our methods are interactive and creative, using theatre, music, and simulation. We provide in-house training and consultancy, as well as running open training courses. Margaret Wheatley, author of "Leadership and the New Science" (among many others) said of our Living Systems course: "After many years of fairly dry approaches to thinking systemically, I learned that it can be fun, engaging, and illuminating. It's changed my expectations of how to approach systems thinking and I know it was of great benefit to all who attended." We are currently working with a wide range of organisations and initiatives, from a local community youth rehabilitation project, to Utrecht College for the Arts, the Social Venture Network, Global Action Plan, the Council of Europe, European Union and Europol.
