Gary Nelson

With twenty-four years of practice Mr. Nelson has gained the reputation for being an exemplary professional master facilitator and trainer without equal. He engages others with passion, sensitivity and a determination that enables them to quickly learn and to discover new found strengths in motivation to successfully implement those leanings. He is energetic yet calming, and highly creative and innovative in his facilitation approach. He guides and immerses participants' senses through a journey in mind, body and spirit learning experience.

Over the past 24 years Gary has facilitated to thousands. He has instructed and trained in Dale Carnegie training, Ken Blanchard training, Stephen Covey training and in many other personal development experiences. And each organization has recognized Gary as being outstanding at obtaining exceptional results.

He is the consummate professional facilitator who loves to train professional facilitators on The Art in Facilitation — an intensive and stimulating journey into the heart and from the heart you will learn and practice how to bring out the very best in clients or workshop participants.

Gary also trains beginners through advanced facilitators on The Science in Facilitation. This training develops technical facilitation skills necessary for successful group facilitation; from the basics into advanced facilitation techniques. Again, Gary employs very creative and innovative approaches to educating and training others on the techniques required to facilitate a group to a successful outcome.

Gary serves/served on the board of directors of the HE Foundation; on the Archbishop's Catholic Charities board of directors; on American Business Management Solutions Inc. board; and on the Parish Council board for Immaculate Conception Church. He has written and facilitated numerous workshops on personal development and supervisor, manager and leadership development. He co-authored the book, “50 One-Minute Tips for Leaders”, and contributed to Steve Haines book, “Pearls of Wisdom” — a facilitator's tool kit.
