Jayne Haines
has been a
Partner and Business Manager of the Centre from our San Diego headquarters
since its inception. As such, she is the Centre's hub and coordinates its
business and administrative functions. Jayne has an M.P.A. (with honors)
from Rutgers University and was with the New Jersey Department of Human
Services for more than 20 years as a Certified Public Manager. She held
the key role of county-wide District Office Manager for the Division of
Youth and Family Services and was in senior regional management as a
Strategic Planning Consultant.

Jennifer Des Rosiers joined the Haines Centre team in 2004 as a Marketing and Communications Specialist, and is now the VP of Marketing and Communications. Jen is overall responsible for the Centre's marketing and communications, including her role as editor and publisher of our value-added Strategic Thinking Times Newsletter. She is also responsible for all marketing materials and eBlasts promoting upcoming seminars, events, and monthly sales specials. In addition, she has now become the overall business management back up to the Business Manager, Jayne Haines. She has almost 10 years experience in the graphic design industry and holds a B.A. in Visual Communication. Jen resides in Pacific Beach with her Navy husband and two wonderful daughters. Joyce Evans joined the Centre in 2006 and is our Manager of Products and Services. She manages all aspects of new and existing products while also performing administrative support duties. Joyce possesses skills learned in various administrative settings before and since coming to San Diego four years ago. James (Jimmy) Rickel
joined the Centre in 2008 and is responsible for customer service and inventory management. He has extensive customer service and e-commerce experience and will be growing in his duties over time. Customer satisfaction is his priority. James is a native San Diegan and holds a BA in Philosophy and a BA in Religious Studies from San Diego State University. He is a music/movie enthusiast and an avid reader as well as a Chargers and Padres sports fan.

Simon Dukes
joined the Haines Centre team in 2005 as a web designer and developer. With more than 15 years in the graphics industry in his native England, Simon has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of graphics and the web. Recently married, he enjoys the wonderful San Diego climate and exploring his new home town.

Art Drexler
joined the CSM team in 2001 as a graphic designer and desktop publishing
specialist. A veteran of more than 25 years in the publishing field as an
editor, writer, and graphic artist, Art is responsible for producing most
of the color models and illustrations that supplement the Centre's variety
of Systems Thinking materials, and for editing and preparing many of the
Centre's publishing projects. He graduated from San Diego State University
in 1975, and subsequently received a teaching credential in elementary
education. He worked for eight years as the graphics supervisor for a
local newspaper, and as art director for several printing companies in the
San Diego area.

O. Pierre Romero
is the Centre's Continuing
Education Coordinator. He also is the "Freebies Coordinator" for our free
articles requests. Pierre brings a diverse background to the Centre, which
includes U.S.-Mexico entrepreneurship, an M.A. in Educational Counseling
from San Diego State University (SDSU), and an educator in American Indian
Studies.
