John Ash specializes in strategic planning, change management, leadership, and program evaluation. As a Presbyterian minister, he has a Ph.D. in Leadership, an M.S.W., and a bachelor's degree in Divinity. John's extensive experience is in government and not-for-profits, as well as the Presbyterian Church. She is an organization development consultant and trainer, working with public and private organizations to improve strategic management and delivery of effective human services. She has 30 years’ experience as an internal and external consultant, manager, and CEO. Her facilitation and consulting skills are frequently requested for strategic planning and organizational change projects. Barbara has designed and delivered hundreds of adult learning programs, with specialization in strategic management and leadership development topics. She has worked in the fields of social service, public health, and criminal and juvenile justice at both local and national levels, including public policy development, health, behavior change, community justice practices, and management of correctional institutions. Jeri has worked in the transportation, banking, marketing information and publishing industries, developing new products, conducting market analyses, and directing creative services and events marketing efforts. Market development and strategic marketing are her specialties. She has served on several non-profit boards, including two start-ups, and continues her involvement with local non-profits in her efforts to make a difference in her local community. Dr. Bob Hough is a Principal in the Haines Centre and runs our office in Denton, Texas, specializing in the Cattle Industry with Strategic Management consulting and research. Bob was Executive Director of the Red Angus Association of America for over 10 years as they became the Industry Leader in most areas, including “Total Herd Reporting”. Bob was raised in Penna. received his degree from Penn State, his M.S. from U. of Conn. and Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, all in Animal Science. He has served as Extension Specialist in both Arizona and Maine, and Marketing Coordinator for Red Angus. Bob served on the Board of the Beef Improvement Federation, received the Distinguished Service Award from Red Angus, and was inducted into the Maine Beef Industry’s Hall of Fame. In 2004, at the Association’s 50th anniversary, he was named one of the “50 Most Influential People of Red Angus.” With BIF he has served as committee chair for Whole Herd Reporting, and in 2004 received the BIF Continuous Service Award. He was also one of the founding members and the first Chair of the APTC Committee which oversees certification of all ultrasound field and laboratory technicians. Bob served as President of U.S. Beef Breeds Council and served on the Board of the National Pedigree Livestock Council. He has also written 200 scientific, technical, and popular press articles, the book The History of Red Angus, coauthored Breeds of Cattle, and has been invited to judge livestock shows, travel on cattle business and speak on programs in 49 states, nine Canadian provinces, Ireland, Paraguay, Bolivia, and Brazil.
