Chander Mohan

Chander Mohan is a Certified Facilitator, Senior Consultant and Middle East Regional Managing Partner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management, USA (www.HainesCentre.com). Since 1996, he is also the Executive Director of Creative Management Consultants, a Dubai based reputed and respected training & consultancy firm.

Supported by 25 years of hands-on management experience in public and private sector organizations, Chander has handled various assignments as an independent facilitator, executive coach, Key Note Speaker and consultant in the areas of Strategic Planning & Change, TQM, HR Management, Management Development, Communication, CRM, Sales & Service, Personal Effectiveness and Banking & Finance. In the last 20 years, he has facilitated hundreds of workshops with senior/middle level executives as well as at operational levels. His clients include reputed government and private sector organizations in the region from across various industry segments such as Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas, Social Security, Hospitality, Real Estate, Retail, Travel & Tours, Civil Aviation etc. He has also provided consultancy services in the areas of Strategic Planning, Strategic HR Management, Performance Management, Mentoring and TQM with various local and multinational organizations.

At international level, he works with the Centre's Senior Consultants from time to time. His local base and experience in working for GCC/Middle East/Africa blends well with the Centre's international network and expertise.

Because of his reputation as an experienced facilitator, systems thinking practitioner, committed professional and motivational speaker, Chander is frequently invited to address professional groups and facilitate organizational strategic planning retreats. So far, he has trained over 20,000 people from hundreds of organizations in the region.

His training, consulting, educational, managerial, business and operational competencies provide the insights and perspectives that increase his credibility and acceptance not only with senior management teams but also at all other levels.

He is a frequent speaker at many professional institutes such as Dubai Quality Group, Toastmasters, Institute for Human Potential and Development, Association of Chartered Accountants, ASHRM, Dubai HR Forum etc. He has also served Dubai Quality Group as Chairman of its HR Sub Group from 2002 to 2004 and is once again heading as its Chairman from July 2009.
