Steps to Join the Haines Centre

Becoming a Principal or Certified Affiliate can take time. There is no rush. We want the right people who are willing to be in the Centre for the long haul. Those interested in long term success with the Haines Centre should follow these simple steps.

1. Conduct Exploratory Issues
   • This consists of emails and phone calls about relevant career goals on the part of both parties.

   • Learn about the Centre's vision, mission, core values and strategic plan here (PDF).
   • Submit the candidate’s background, qualifications, future vision, and personal values to one of our Global Partners.
2. Hold Face to Face Meetings
   Meet with one or more of our current Global Partners and/or Principals. Discuss all issues, purposes, and values in depth.
3. Get Certified through the Haines Centre
   If there is a serious intent on both parties, then the candidate must attend one of the Centre’s three Gold Mastery Certifications.

4. Submit an Application
   After completion of one Gold Mastery Certification, the candidate may submit an application for membership as either a Principal or Associate.
5. Interview
   All candidates usually meet and are interviewed by a number of Global Partners either individually or collectively over the phone (or face to face).
6. Approval Vote
   Finally, our Global Partners hold a confidential meeting and must vote unanimously for the Candidate to join the Haines Centre.
7. Development Actions
   If the candidate is accepted into the Centre, he or she will be given a list of specific development actions personally designed for them. We highly recommend completing these items. Each is proven effective for long-term success.
8. Mentoring, Coaching, and Training
   The new Principal or Associate will be given a Master Mentor and Coach during their first year with the Centre. He or she will also be set up to attend our new Consultant Training. At this two day program the Principal or Associate will be given a host of resources and collective support to achieve success.
9. Set up Your Own Virtual Publishing Firm
   Upon fee payment, new Principals will receive the complete set of six members-only CDs. They contain all of the Haines Centre’s intellectual property. Use and re-sell the material on theses CDs to generate profits for your business ― essentially your own virtual publishing firm. Certified Affiliates have a more selective program.
