If you are interested in joining the Haines Centre’s prestigious global alliance of master consultants and trainers, please keep in mind the following:

  1. Ninety percent of all new external consultants and trainers fail. Are you among the few with the deep pockets and perseverance to be the 10 percent who make it?
  2. What will you do if your income for the first six months is zero? How much do you have to invest in starting up your own business and practice at the same time?
  3. Are you highly skilled in (1) selling and closing and (2) group dynamics and facilitation? If not, you will fail.
  4. If you are just looking for us to provide you clients and business, look elsewhere. At the Haines Centre we each have our own P/L and personal accountability.   5. We are a global alliance and network — basically a virtual firm. Each person is his or her own sole proprietor as part of our mid-size, Tier II Brand. For this reason we strongly recommend you use our established, well known Haines Centre brand. Contact us for details.
  6. The Haines Centre operates from our strong value system, including a loose-tight framework for independent and interdependent collegial relationships.
  7. We work as a team; we do not grant territories. We provide each other referrals, learnings, and joint work.
  8. The Haines Centre is for people who want long term success and for those who want to give and also have colleagues help them increase their business.
  9. We only work with consultants and trainers who have a strong presence and over 15 years work experience.
  10. Our clients are CEOs. We focus on Strategic Management (planning, people, leadership and change to deliver customer value) as our primary business.
  11. We are primarily a consulting firm who does mastery level training as part of this results focus.
