Certification Requirements
In order to become a Haines Centre Principal or Certified Affiliate, you must attend one of our four Gold Mastery Certifications.
- Strategic and Systems Thinking (1st choice)
- Strategic Management (2nd choice)
- Executing Your Strategic Plan
- Becoming a Professional Change Agent
During each 4½ day certification the candidate will have the opportunity to see what the Haines Centre is all about — the people, our work, The Systems Thinking Approach® concepts, tools, applications and much more.
Additionally you will experience intensive content reinforcement, acquire extensive “how-to” knowledge, demonstrate mastery, and enhance your facilitations skills.
Over time each Principal and Global Partner will need to be certified in each of the four areas (above). Upon completion he or she will earn the prestigious Platinum Mastery Certificate in Creating Customer Value.
