Manifesto
We are catalysts in the achievement of innovative solutions to strategic, operational, and developmental issues. We are a global alliance of Master Consultants in the application of Systems Thinking, a proven method of holistic thinking and learning. We harness the hearts and minds of our clients to achieve workable solutions to business problems. We believe people are more than mere workers, that balance in life is essential to uncovering joy and purpose. We believe all segments in an organization, all of the parts which comprise the whole, deserve to be heard and respected before truly effective decisions can be made.
"Our job is not to set things right but to see them right." Eric Butterworth
Keeping Our Promises
Above all, we value integrity. We keep our word. We strive to create openings for true consensus to be reached in the decision-making process. We deliver the highest quality service, every time. We understand the need for custom service: each session is uniquely tailored to the client'≠s specific needs. Whether we are helping a diagonal slice of an organization with its Strategic Planning, leading a multi-disciplinary group in team-building, or coaching an executive through a human resources issue, we treat each session differently. We pay attention to each client'≠s special requirements. Most importantly, we are committed to delivering on our promises.
"When love and skill work together, expect a masterpiece." John Ruskin
Fine-Tuning the Parts to Balance the Whole
We value balance, both in work and in all other segments of life. A holistic approach is essential in achieving truly effective solutions. The process works best if all impacted groups in an organization are included. By giving a voice to groups that are often ignored, the business solutions created will be much more impactful and inclusive. These solutions are also more successfully implemented by these groups, which now enjoy ownership and a more in-depth understanding of the issue. We also believe individuals are more effective leaders, members of society and family members when all segments of their lives are in balance when their work is challenging, their bodies healthy, their relationships in harmony, and their spirits rejuvenated. Synergy results from achieving and maintaining a balance and connection between these parts in our lives. Synergy also results in higher productivity.
"A successful day: to learn something new; to laugh at least 10 times; to lift someone up; to make progress on a worthy goal; to practice peace and patience; to do something nice for yourself and another; to appreciate and be grateful for all your blessings."Michael E. Angier
Expanding Our Possibilities
We believe the road to success is paved not with gold, but with continual professional and personal growth. To closely link personal growth with professional development, we offer a variety of workshops in the areas of strategic management, leadership, people management and change. In order to thrive in today'≠s rapidly changing world, it is critical that we all continue advancing our skills and systems. We offer these cutting edge skills and techniques to focus development on where you want to be as a human being, creating clear purpose. When the purpose is clear and the most appropriate steps are taken, success is bound to follow.
"It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change." Charles Darwin
Creating Joy and Purpose
We believe in enjoying fully the journey of life. Finding joy in both everyday pleasures and in the bigger happenings leads us to our own authenticity, our true selves. We coach people to align this authentic self with their natural talents, heightening enjoyment of both work and non-work experiences. For true success lies in fully expressing one'≠s self both at work and in the rest of life. This is our life'≠s passion.
"The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he's always doing both." James A. Michener
