Allan Bandt is a Global Partner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management® in Australia and is owner of Bandt Gatter and Associates, a strategic management and HR consulting firm based in Perth, Australia, since 1990. Allan specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, and strategic HR management. | Dr. Lewis Atkinson has 25 years experience in knowledge production & transfer through both commercialisation and “free-to-air” innovation pathways to market. After starting his career in operations, planning and research with Unifoods Australia, in 1993 he became Research and Information Services Manager for Australian Meat Technology Pty Ltd, a CSIRO technology start-up and management consulting company. In 1998 he was part of a team that started a new industry owned company called Meat and Livestock Australia Ltd, where he has held several positions over the past 12 years.

Chander Mohan is the founder and owner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management® - Dubai, a training and management consultancy firm established in Dubai in 1996. Chander has an M.B.A. with specialization in finance and human resources management. After holding various senior management positions in the banking sector in India and the United Arab Emirates for 17 years, he spent the next six years in Dubai as the training manager at Mashreq Bank, one of the largest and most dynamic banks in the UAE/Gulf.
