Stephen Lin is a Global Partner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management®, and the Haines Centre's master facilitator in Asia. He works with organizations in Singapore and the region, to improve long term performance by developing their strategic management and innovation capabilities, through training, coaching and facilitative consulting. Stephen is a former government scholar, national sportsman, naval officer and entrepreneur. He has over 23 years of senior management experience in private and public organizations, both as an internal executive as well as an external consultant. In addition to in-company training and consulting, Stephen also regularly leads public workshops/seminars on strategic thinking & planning, change management, leadership and innovation, and has conducted these workshops in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and the USA.

Allan Bandt is a Global Partner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management® in Australia and is owner of Bandt Gatter and Associates, a strategic management and HR consulting firm based in Perth, Australia, since 1990. Allan specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, and strategic HR management. Allan was an executive in the public and private sectors and continues to serve both sectors throughout Australia as the Haines Centre's Global Partner there. He has been a National Director of the Australian HR Institute and Chair of their Strategic Planning Committee. He and his team consultants have led major long-term and strategic consulting assignments from Sydney to Adelaide to Perth. Jim McClain has been a corporate marketing executive for 20 years. He is on the management facility at California State University – Fullerton, where he still teaches Strategic Management courses. Twenty years ago, Jim founded JR McClain & Associates, a strategic management consultancy. Together with Richard Zhou, he assists Asian companies penetrate US markets.

Chander Mohan is the founder and owner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management® - Dubai, a training and management consultancy firm established in Dubai in 1996. Chander has an M.B.A. with specialization in finance and human resources management. After holding various senior management positions in the banking sector in India and the United Arab Emirates for 17 years, he spent the next six years in Dubai as the training manager at Mashreq Bank, one of the largest and most dynamic banks in the UAE/Gulf. During this period, he was actively involved in facilitating the process of strategic transformation and change, especially in the areas of strategic planning, HRD, TQM, and customer services.
