Stephen Lin is a Global Partner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management®, and the Haines Centre's master facilitator in Asia.  He works with organizations in Singapore and the region, to improve long term performance by developing their strategic management and innovation capabilities, through training, coaching and facilitative consulting.  Stephen is a former government scholar, national sportsman, naval officer and entrepreneur.  He has over 23 years of senior management experience in private and public organizations, both as an internal executive as well as an external consultant.  In addition to in-company training and consulting, Stephen also regularly leads public workshops/seminars on strategic thinking & planning, change management, leadership and innovation, and has conducted these workshops in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and the USA.

Sophia Yeh: CEO of Whole Brain Leadership Consulting (Shanghai) Inc.

Sophia Yeh of Shanghai, China, is one of the Haines Centre's Strategic Alliance Partners and Certified Affiliates. Sophia has over 21 years professional and pioneering experience in 5 different industries before starting her own business. Her specialties include Finance, Human Resources, Strategic Management, Public Relations, Information Technology, Legal and Administration. She published a popular book ìCharisma of a Leader ìin 1999.

Samir Asaf is a business consultant and master trainer. With over 20 years of experience in functional and general management, he has held directorship positions for more than 10 years. He is currently CEO of Pinnacle LLP and a Global Partner of the Haines Centre of Strategic Management. He was Finance Director at AT&T Corp. (USA), and Senior Consultant at the World Bank (International Finance Corporation). He held the Group CEO position at Rahimafrooz Group (Bangladesh). He was a speaker at the UN Global Compact Leaders Summit (Geneva) in 2006, and the Asia Pacific CEO conference (Singapore) in 2009. He is an alumni of Oxford University and Harvard Business School, a Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and a Certified Business Assessor of the EFQM Business Excellence framework. He specializes in Strategic Management, Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Excellence, and High Performance Organizations. He is a member of the Association of Strategic Planning (USA), and author of “Executive Corporate Finance” published by Prentice Hall, London (2004). He is married with three children, Sahir, Samah, and Sabir.

Uju Onwuzulike is the Haines Centre for Strategic Management® qualified Principal Partner for Nigeria. He is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of Mentoring Consult Ltd. His firm works with client organizations to help them with their strategic management needs and to optimize their peak performance. He has achieved the Optimal Thinking Assessment Certification from The World Academy of Personal Development.

His firm has helped both individuals and organizations to develop an integrated Systems Thinking Approach® to strategic thinking, strategic planning, and strategic change to deliver customer value and results. He also helps organizations to assess the thinking pattern of their staff members and to position them for productivity.

Allan Bandt is an Emeritus Partner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management® in Australia and is owner of Bandt Gatter and Associates, a strategic management and HR consulting firm based in Perth, Australia, since 1990. Allan specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, and strategic HR management. Allan was an executive in the public and private sectors and continues to serve both sectors throughout Australia as the Haines Centre's Global Partner there. He has been a National Director of the Australian HR Institute and Chair of their Strategic Planning Committee. He and his team consultants have led major long-term and strategic consulting assignments from Sydney to Adelaide to Perth. Dr. Lewis Atkinson has 25 years experience in knowledge production & transfer through both commercialisation and “free-to-air” innovation pathways to market. After starting his career in operations, planning and research with Unifoods Australia, in 1993 he became Research and Information Services Manager for Australian Meat Technology Pty Ltd, a CSIRO technology start-up and management consulting company. In 1998 he was part of a team that started a new industry owned company called Meat and Livestock Australia Ltd, where he has held several positions over the past 12 years.

Lewis is a natural systems thinker and has been awarded a PhD in Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Queensland. He is a high calibre innovation professional. He likes people and people like him. Lewis has been a core member of many high performance teams. He has a solid technical and financial grounding which, combined with his strong creative side, enables him to see patterns, path- ways, and solutions that others don’t.

Chander Mohan is the founder and owner of the Haines Centre for Strategic Management® - Dubai, a training and management consultancy firm established in Dubai in 1996. Chander has an M.B.A. with specialization in finance and human resources management. After holding various senior management positions in the banking sector in India and the United Arab Emirates for 17 years, he spent the next six years in Dubai as the training manager at Mashreq Bank, one of the largest and most dynamic banks in the UAE/Gulf. During this period, he was actively involved in facilitating the process of strategic transformation and change, especially in the areas of strategic planning, HRD, TQM, and customer services.

Nigel Wyse is the Global Partner for Haines Centre for Strategic Management® - New Zealand, a strategic management and HR consulting firm based in Wellington, New Zealand, since 2004. Nigel was an executive in the public sector for thirty years with experience in health, education and welfare and in the State Services Commission [a NZ Government central agency].
