Engineer, Abdulqader Gabel, is the Global Partner for the Haines Centre for Strategic Management in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He is also Executive Director of GABEL Consultants, a certified consulting office in Management from Ministry of commerce and Industry in Saudi Arabia. Further, he has certifications to use PAQ Services Inc. from Washington, USA as well as Kepner & Fourie PSDM programs, and Skill Base Technologies in Talent and Performance management solution.

Abdulqader Gabel has an Engineering background and his vast knowledge and experiences are across several management areas such Human Resource, Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Talent Management, Performance Management, Warehouse Management and Process Engineering.

He graduated from KFUPM in 1973 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and had worked for more then 30 years in Executive positions, including Refinery Manager. During this time he has gained an extensive knowledge in Human Resources Management, Supply Chain and Material Management. He is a recognized member of SHRM, SAQC, ASHRM, ASTD, Lominger and World-at-Work. He enjoys a good sense of humour, likes music and traveling.
