Frank Foster is known for his well-developed skills and knowledge in systems thinking, large-scale organizational change, strategic planning, management development, performance management, organization development, and project management. His corporate, governmental, and educational experience has given him a very strong and varied background.
As a consultant, Frank has had a broad base of corporate and government clients. Some of these include The Atlanta Business League, The Atlanta Fulton County Recreational Authority, BellSouth Mobility, Cox Communications, Inc, CibaVision, Drake Beam Morin, Merck, Riverwood International, multiple law enforcement agencies and fire departments, and several state, county, and city administrations.
As a trainer and presenter, Frank has conducted numerous corporate and public workshops. Some of the topics presented include Systems Thinking and Learning, Strategic Management, Strategic Planning and Change, Management Development, Performance Management, Performance Measures, Communications, Project Management, and Quality Initiatives.
As an international consultant, Frank has worked with the governments of Northern Ireland and Macedonia on strategic change initiatives.

Besides being a Centre for Strategic Management partner, Frank is also on the faculty at the University of Georgia.
