Erin Campbell Howell is a master facilitator, coach and trainer who recently became a Principal with the Haines Centre for Strategic Management. The Centre, founded in 1990 by Stephen Haines, is a global alliance of master consultants, trainers and facilitators in over 20 countries. The Centre’s business foundation is the science and concepts of systems thinking as an integrated approach to strategic management that includes planning, people, leadership and change to deliver customer value.

Erin brings more than 22 years of experience in leadership, strategic planning, facilitation, project management and change management to her consulting company in Saskatchewan, Canada. Erin’s greatest strength is her authentic passion for her work. She is a creative, enthusiastic, highly skilled strategist and facilitator who is motivated to help her customers achieve outstanding results.

“I believe that people support what they help create,” says Erin. “One of the most important things you can do as a leader is to plan for the future and help your team through the changes needed to achieve your desired outcomes.”

Erin has been instrumental in helping organizations build comprehensive business strategies, establish new functions, build alignment and navigate change in key business areas such as strategic management, corporate project management, human resources, marketing and customer relationship management, business process re-engineering and call centre management.

Prior to establishing her company, Erin held management positions with SaskTel, Saskatchewan’s leading full service communications provider, for over eight years. Following this, she held senior positions for more than a decade with Farm Credit Canada, the country’s leading agricultural lender. As Director, Strategy and Corporate Project Management Office, she worked closely with FCC executives and employees to successfully implement best practices in project and strategic management.

Erin holds a Gold Mastery Certification in Strategic Management from the Haines Centre. Her credentials include certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, executive-level education in marketing from the Queens School of Business, training in facilitation, change management, adult education and learning, and an Associate Degree in Applied Arts.

On a personal note, Erin is a Reiki Master and Practitioner-in-training with the Yuen Method™ of energetic healing. She and her husband Dan own and operate a registered Black Angus, mixed grain and diversified crop farming operation near Lumsden, Saskatchewan.
