Diane is a Centre Principal and French Canadian born in Valleyfield, Quebec. She has over 20 years experience in diverse areas of business management disciplines, including strategic management, retail sales, controls and accounting, measuring operational productivity, and many other organizational development consulting assignments. She served many years as an executive business analyst throughout North American, helping CEOs and Executive Management Teams identify required areas of improvement for maximized profitability and healthier people and business management.

Now running the Centre's North Carolina office, her strategic and operational know-how, combined with her analytical mind and vigour in helping clients achieve their goals, has distinguished her as an accomplished Co-Practice Leader of the Haines Centre's Strategic IQ Audits. This Audit combined with strategic planning and execution-driven efforts further develop and sustain best management practices in our clients' businesses. Diane holds an Accounting Degree from Valleyfield College with numerous advanced leadership development and Strategic Management certifications.
