Our Marketplace Positioning vs. the competition: We are a Tier II Virtual Organization with a strong Haines Centre for Strategic Management brand in the management consulting and training field. This includes the relatively rare (20-30 firms) Middle Tier "sweet spot" between the many thousands of "Boutique" or "Mom and Pop" individual or small practices, and the 10-20 large, well-known, Tier I multinational consulting firms.

We have the reach and capabilities of large Tier I firms, however, we are without their high overhead and rate structure.

We can also price ourselves competitively against the Tier III Boutiques when necessary.
