Vinaya Shetty is a Certified Affiliate of the Centre, based in Mumbai, India. She was a corporate senior HR executive and entrepreneur who pursued her dreams of forming her own consulting firm in 1996. Her firm, Vin Management Consultants, is a boutique HR service house. It commenced operations with the zeal to assist start-up companies in managing their people and search practices. Hence, it was an HRO—an HR Outsourcing firm—much before the rest of India realized this tremendous potential of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Vin Management Consultants specializes in five areas: HR Outsourcing, Behavioral Training for Executives, OD Consulting and Senior Executive Search. Now Vinaya is partnering with the Haines Centre for Strategic Management for strategic and HR planning and management of Enterprise-Wide Change™.

Vinaya has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with honors) and a master's in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (Tata Institute of Social Sciences). She has worked for a number of years as a corporate HR executive; beginning with Grindwell Norton Ltd, a manufacturing company. Her last full time corporate assignment was as head of human resources for an information technology firm, Hinditron Infomatics Ltd.

What makes her so easily adaptable to any industry is her ability to challenge the conventional wisdom and get results. Her passion for her work and life is contagious in all that she does. Her clients have been in almost every industry segment, both small and medium size firms. Creating HR Strategic Plans, systems and processes, organizational diagnosis, behavioral training, assessment centres, CEO coaching, and employee career counseling are some of her vast areas of consulting and training expertise.

One of her delightful moments in life, besides a challenging assignment, is playing the Tabla (an Indian Instrument), international travel for work and pleasure, as well as organizing fun events.

Yoram Gordon is the owner and President of Hotam Consulting Group in Israel. He has served as a senior consultant in Israel and the U.S. for 25 years. He is a senior member of IODA (Israel Organizational Development Association) and a member of the Israeli Business Consultants Association. Hotam Consulting Group is one of the leading consulting firms in Israel. Coetzee Badenhorst, Ph.D., is the founder (in 1987) of Behavioral Health and Human Services based in Johannesburg, South Africa. He is engaged with individual, group, and systems interventions in a variety of mining, industrial, and public sector business organizations in southern Africa and internationally. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, 360° behavior competency assessments, evaluation of executives, team development, and organization change interventions. He has an M.B.A. and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and has presented and published nationally and internationally.

Dr. Sunil Jayantha Nawaratne is in Sri Lanka and is a Certified Affiliate of the Centre. He has more than 20 years of strategic planning and marketing experience in various professional assignments in Sri Lanka, India, Maldives, Korea, and Japan.

Sunil has worked with a variety of industries ranging from banking, manufacturing, social organizations, educational institutions, and governmental divisions as well as with the World Bank, UNDP, JBIC, and JICA. Formerly, he was a lecturer at Ruhuna University, a marketing consultant, and chairman for numerous companies. He has work experience in public sector, too, as the Chairman/Director General and Secretary of a Ministry. Sunil has a doctorate, as well as a Masters in Marketing from prestigious universities in Japan like Keio University, Tokyo. He has obtained his fist degree in Business Administration from one of the leading universities in Sri Lanka named University of Sri Jayawardenapura and was the top of the batch among the 130 students. He is a professional member of American Marketing Association (AMA). At present, he is the president of Beach Ball Association of Sri Lanka and he was formerly the president of Sri Lanka Volley-Ball Federation.

Bilge Erengul, Ph.D., is the Managing Partner and part owner of Yes Consulting, in Istanbul, Turkey. Yes is a Turkish leader in delivering training and consulting in strategic management, HR, and finance, as well as sales and marketing. She has a full-time staff of four consultants and 10 additional associates. Bilge is well known as one of Turkey's leading consultants and trainers over the past ten 10 years. She is an internationalist, having completed her M.A. in Economics in the U.K., her doctorate in Turkey, and she has lived and studied in France.

Frank Brletich has very broad experience as a CEO/COO in both private and publicly held corporations with a background in sales and marketing, operations, consulting, and finance. He focuses on assisting his clients in developing and implementing strategies and strategic management processes that produce superior business results. Frank helps executives grow revenue and profitability in highly competitive markets through the application of Systems Thinking. Alysin Foster is a Haines Centre Certified Affiliate and has 19 years as an international consultant and coach to executives and management in the areas of Strategic Planning, HR planning, organization redesign, and leadership development. Within the Haines Centre, Alysin is the Practice Leader for Organization Redesign, and she runs the Atlanta office where she is a published author and keynote speaker. Helping clients increase their flexibility, responsiveness, and overall organizational performance as a way to maximize profits and sustainability are her hallmarks. Large-scale planning and change efforts are her specialty. Alysin is experienced in both the private and public sectors, including financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, service call-centers, and architectural/interior design firms. Public sector clients include universities and state government. Alysin holds a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.

Frank Foster is a Haines Centre Certified Affiliate in Atlanta and has over 20 years experience as an internal and external management consultant, facilitator, and trainer. He consults to CEOs, executives, and mid-level managers in corporate and government settings on issues including strategic management (planning and change), communications, group dynamics, performance management, project management, and OD. He has an M.B.A. (with distinction), a graduate Certificate in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in HR Administration (cum laude). Frank is also a faculty member at the University of Georgia. Previously, he was the Manager for Operational Analysis for a large telecommunications company and is a retired Coast Guard officer.

Dr. Robert L. Reeves

During his 26 years heading the nationally recognized Poway Unified School District, the district became a model for organizational development utilizing both Systems Thinking and Strategic Planning. With a strong commitment to vision, mission and core values, the schools are high performing and have won numerous national awards.
He focused the energy of each school and operating division on the main mission developed through strategic planning: All Students Learning— Whatever It Takes. Under his leadership the district grew to over 5,000 employees, 32,000 students in 31 schools, and an operating budget of over $220,000,000. In partnering with parents, the community, and business groups, he was able to develop volunteers in support of the schools.
His new book “What Every Rookie Superintendent Should Know: Surviving Year One” is a powerful tool in the management of a systems approach to organizational development and success. While focused on the leadership of school systems, the lessons and learnings provided are sound for any organizational leader.
As President/CEO of his consulting group, he is training management personnel and providing guidance in the systems planning and evaluation processes. For 35 years he has been involved with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, accrediting schools in California, Hawaii, and East Asia. He is a founder of the San Diego Department of Education's Superintendent's Technology Advisory Board, leading the planning for technology reform for the county's 43 school districts.
The prestigious Western States Benchmarking Association, composed of the eight most outstanding large suburban schools district west of the Mississippi, was developed under his leadership. The group is charged with planning and developing benchmarks for evaluating every aspect of these systems.
He was formerly the chairman of the Board of Directors of the 540 resident not-for-profit continuing care retirement community, Casa de las Campanas, located in Rancho Bernardo. He has been an active supporter of the San Diego Zoological Society for over two decades, and is a member of the President's Partners, attending educational and social functions regularly.
Earning a B.A. in mathematics and an Ed.D. in Administration at UCLA, he later added a Ph.D. in Human Behavioral Sciences, working with Paul Hersey and Ken Blanchard and the school district.
The vision he created for the Poway Schools, the commitment to mission, and the powerful focus on core values pushed the learning of students and organizational support to a high level and national recognition.

Gary Rossi, CPCM, CBC, a San Diego based Certified Affiliate of the Centre and Focuses his practice on Performance Excellence and Process Improvement (PI). His 10 years experience in performance excellence and PI comes from serving on the Board of Examiners for the Hawaiian Quality Award, the Presidential Quality Award (PQA) and the California Award for Performance Excellence (CAPE). He is a CAPE Senior Examiner, Trainer and Examiner Mentor. He also coaches and edits performance excellence and quality award applications. Gary serves as an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Senior Member and an internationally Certified Quality Manager. He holds a Master of Arts in Management with an emphasis in Total Quality Management (TQM).
